As i am complaining for more than 10 days for my internet which is not working, it shows limited connectivity from day one i faced problem and i all customer care several times more time 20-25, and each time i have to explain my problem, i receive automated call everyday then i redirected to support person who ask me every time what problem i face(No solution). each and every day i have to explain same thing again and again still no solution in past 10 days only one time engineer visited my place but again without solving my problem. when i get new connection i paid for two and half month in advance and i received my bill in first month itself, i am still not able to understand how your company is running with such support and services, i have asked to remove this connection from my home, each and every time support person ask for one more chance and no solution again. this is complacently not acceptable, i need my money back and want to this connection to be removed from my home. I will go to consumer court if required. thanks for the wonderful experience.
