Times Of India — Change of address request not fulfilled

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu

On Sep 6th 2014, I sent change of address request to CRM team. Even after multiple requests, they told the implementation date will be only on Oct 1st, 2014. However until today I am yet to get the delivery of newspaper to my new address. They are not even caring to update me on the status nor resolving the issue. I am not sure how to further follow up with them.
