Times Of India — Complete newspaper not delivered

Sometimes we did not receive the magzines alongwith the newspaper we are still continuing our subscription we have with toi since a decade which we have recently renewed again. Today also we did not received the property times and the total pages were short by 10 in numbers than of those mentioned in the newspaper. Have been told / assured by our vendor that the problem is of supply side and how can they deliver if the same is not provided to them. Kindly intervene and solve the issue once for all.

I took subscription for 3 magazines in May 2016. But till now I did not get even a single issue. I tried to reach them and they told me that you will get it. Again I tried to rteach them but they are not at all picking up the call.
