Dear Sir/Madam, I have subscribed the daily news paper, id: [protected]. Despite my n number of followups with customer care, i have not received not even single copy of the paper as on today. The accountability shown by the customer care and further contacts given is absolutely nil. I am sure you have responsibility of following up on it and update the subscribers. I hope you will react to this quickly if not make arrangements to pay the amount back with due interest. I look for one more day and place the complaint to consumer forum. Thanks, Vijay
