I had subscribed for TOI paper and I am with it for last 3 years. Recently (from beginning of October) in my area (Pune, Kalewadi area) newspaper agents have forced us to buy “Pune Mirror” paper along with TOI. When asked about it, agents have replied that Times group has made it compulsory. Considering the quality of news in “Pune Mirror”, I am not interested to buy it as compulsory thing. Anyhow forcing someone to buy an unwanted item is a violation of consumer rights. So I want TOI to look into this and resolve this complaint at the earliest (else for sure, TOI will lose lot of readers who are with them for longtime). Was this information helpful? |
