Times Of India — no delivery of newspaper since 3 days i.e 10th feb-12th feb

Address:Gurgaon, Haryana

Our newspaper agency -Narender News Agency Sector-57 Rail Vihar has not delivered newspaper since 3 days saying there is no supply in Sector -57.What needs to be done now. He is not picking up the phone now .As a citizen it is our right to receive the paper. Kindly look into the matter and revert back

Every single word is true as said by above user.As i do stay in same colony(Rail Vihar -sector 57) and since last 3 days did not get newspaper and agency guy is not picking up phone as well.Please guide us what to do?where to approach?
