[Resolved] Times Of India — Non receipt of TOI daily news paper. | |||
HI My subscription ID is 31551081. I have subscribed for TOI in the month of April for 1 year by paying 169(check)+30(cash). the issue here the local distributor not delivering the paper regularly, in September I have not received the paper for 15 days and I called both the distributor as well as TOI person but I didn't see any change until I raise complaint with TOI. Now in the month of October it has been more than a week since I last received my news paper. I have almost lost a month news paper and i don't see any action taken against the local distributor though he has been repeat this twice in a month. I am writing to in pain for loosing 15 days of my news paper every month since sept and no action from TOI after several complaints. Regards Was this information helpful? | |||
