Dear sir & madam, I Mr. Anand Kr Shaw my mobile no is - [protected] & mail id -anandshaw.[protected]@ gmail.com have deposited a cheque to your agent Deepak Shaw (kankinara) on 31-Aug-14 for new subscription against cheque no.. 041259 of Amount Rs470 has ben cleared on 10-Sep-14 on your account but till know I have not received a coupon from your end kindly solve my matter as soon as possible because almost 4 months is going to be over, will be for your positive response.
