Times Of India — Not Receiving Paper.

I am not receiving Paper for the past 15 days. I already informed it to TOI Customer Care and also informed local Paper Agent but no response till date. I think TOI is not taking care of Long Term Subscribers because this is not the first time it happened to me. I subscribed for Annual Paper Scheme and within 6+ months they skipped for 35 days. Mr. Srinivas from TOI resolved the issue earlier when I faced the problem. I would request concern authorities to take it serious such kind of issues and try to resolve it at the earliest.
