Times Of India — Overcharging of print subscription for times of india and navbharat times

Dear sir,

I have a subscription of times of india and navbharat times combo and my newspaper vendor is charging me rs. 650/- per month for the same. This extremely high as compared to the cover price of (Rs. 8.50 per day for the combo). Request you to please take action against the newspaper vendor so that i am being charged the right price.
