Times Of India — Rude behavior by vendor and TOI local agent supports him

Dear Sir, My subscription number 29574947 issued on 14.04.2015, the same was signed by me on 24.04.2015 and waiting for vendor visit till date. Several times I met vendor in roadside and asked him to collect the subscription coupon but he never came to my residence and now stopped paper issue since 24.6.2015 now forcing me to handover the coupon in my neighborhood. Why can't he take it from my residence? Next day I complained to TOI[protected] from 25th to 30th June (all working days) regarding that vendor challenged that paper issue will be stopped and it stopped. After daily complaint to above number finally yesterday a big conversations today morning I received call from TOI local officer (0-[protected]) and he also favoring to vendors that I should give coupon to neighbor and vendors will collect. My simple question is my cheque was received by TOI for subscription from my residence address and paper too issuing to same address then why I have to handover coupon to neighbor. My neighbor is not TOI agent not vendor. Finally TOI local officer said to me, “you should handover the coupon to your neighbor or I am ready to refund money”. After this rude reply of local officer, in turn I said to him, “If you collect the coupon my residence collet it or refund money to my residence address from where TOI agent collected the cheque. Now I request you TOI higher authority to take necessary action for the TOI local officer and vendor who misbehave with customers to force to do as per their convenience not customers. I eagerly await your early reply in this regards and expecting to start issuing the TOI paper. Note: The vendors is not happy with me since after a year of my first subscription end as I subscribe (make payment) directly with TOI. I think for this reason he burst his anger in this way.
