Times Of India — Status of my subscription no. [protected]

I have submitted subscription form alongwith cheque no. 871538 for rs. 1262 / - drawn on indian bank, matunga bazar, matunga (East) , mumbai - 400 019 as annual subscription towards 'times of india with mumbai mirror'.

In this regard, kindly apprise me the position of my subscription no. [protected]. Though two months has passed, the vendor is not supplying newspaper. Also, till date, i have not received coupon. My residential address is as below
