Hi, Subscription # 33500552 I have complained about not receiving copy of 'The Times Of India' for almost 12 days since the renewal of subscription. Several calls have been made to the newspaper vendor Eshwaran, Jayam Newspaper Mart.And the response have been absolutely irresponsible & rude. I have made several complaints on phone to Times Office @ Chennai. I have personally spoken to Dharani, Shyam & Ganesh; it is highly regretting to know that there has been no response. I strongly condemn the pathetic state of affairs in addressing Customer Complaints @ Times Office, Chennai. If anyone, responsible is reading this mail, I urge you to take some stern action against the above Newspaper Vendor. And since I have not received newspaper for almost 12 days, the subscription expiry date need to be extended till many days. Hope to see some quick response on the above complaints.
