Guys, I have signed up for one year subscription, in this time, i faced so many issues, the Paper boy wont come on time, they will miss papers and the baddie is while transfer to other location, they show you stars. in my one year subscription, i got the paper for about 3 months, then i transferred to other place (Kukataplly- Hyd), where i could not able to get the paper as per news paper vendor. When i spoke with the Area Manager (TOI) he said, he will refund the money, but they havent.Customer service is too bad. so just want to inform you people, please don't sign up for yearly subscription. Waste service,
