Times Of India — Vendor not supplying newspaper

I shifted to L-1403, Ajnara Homes 121, Sector 121, Noida-201301 last month. The newspaper vendor was notified to deliver Times of India w.e.f. 03.06.2015. Since 15.06.2015, he has been delivering Hindustan Times. Repeated reminders to him to deliver correct newspaper have fallen on deaf years. Kindly help us to resolve the issue at the earliest.
