Times Of India — Vendors mall behavior and poor delivery service

The vendor doesn't deliver newspaper giving fake excuses even after having paid money for the entire years toi subscription. The times group haven't taken any charge after frequent mails and calls. The vendor also has maladaptive behaviour towards my family in the past. The mails have been sent to times group are ignored when i mentioned that i'd visit the consumer court forum.
