Dear Sir,

I was contacted by timesjobs representative - Arun ([protected], [protected]), asking me take jobseek services costing Rs. 2750/- in the month of Nov / Dec’13. They told me that they have so many clients from various fields. And that relationship manager will arrange interviews (which suit my job profile) for me and even give me the details like who is going to interview me and prepare me about the company profile etc. Based on these claims by their representatives I have made payment.

After making payment for jobseek services, timesjobs representative Arun (ID: SA8A) told me that education verification services need to be taken for starting up job seek services. When countered that he didn't tell me about spending Rs. 1750 (extra) before, he asked me to speak to his superior named Varun ([protected]) but of no use. He assured me that its worth taking both services and the relation will not end within the time period of 30days and it will be maintained till I get a job of my choice and preference. After his re-assurance that the amount will be refunded if services are not rendered as per my choice and that he has thousands of contacts all throughout the industries; I made payment for education verification services also.

The services have not been rendered as informed (before making payment). They have simply sent some vacancies from timesjobs.com. These jobs are visible to common public also on timesjobs.com without making any payment. Then what is the purpose of wasting Rs. 2, 750/- on jobseek services. When I contacted them, Ms. Sumiti, relationship manager started telling that the services have been rendered. I informed her “what their representatives have promised me and that I can search jobs for myself through various portals what is the point of wasting Rs. 2, 750/- for searching jobs suiting my profile”.
A few days later, I got a call from another representative of timesjobs named Mr. Aswini (phone no. [protected]). I don't know whether he stated his real name or someone else name. He told me that the services I have taken earlier for Job seek Rs. 2750/- & Education verification Rs. 1, 750/- couldn't not be rendered properly so the amount will be refunded back to me. He told that out of Rs. Rs. 4, 500/- (Rs. 2750/- + Rs. 1750), Rs. 4, 200/- would be refunded and Rs. 300/- will be the service charge. He said that it has a procedure and asked me to login to timesjob website.
When I did so, he routed me to SOCIAL PROFILER and told me to click on BUY Rs. 4200/-. I got a doubt seeing that he is asking me to click on BUY button and asked for his name and he told me that he is Aswini. I also asked him if he knows Arun from times job through whom I have taken the above mentioned services. He said that Arun has done some fraud and is terminated from Times job.

When I questioned him again why he is asking me to click on buy button, he simply said that the amount will not be debited. When I raised my voice, he disconnected the call. When I tried to contact him, calls are not going to that number.

Even after giving complaint on [protected]@timesgroup.com, Step ahead <[protected]@timesjobs.com>,
sumiti bhatia <sumiti.[protected]@gmail.com>, Job Seek [protected]@timesjobs.com, I used to receive calls to cheat again and again. I informed them about this but they never responded in this regard.
After so much correspondence, they told that they will refund Rs. 1750/-. Are they doing any favour by giving Rs. 1750? Its my hard earned money and I wanted it in full alongwith strict action against that Arun (SA8A).

I told them to go through their call records to know “how their representatives are indulging in the acts of cheating people”. I demanded for refund of my money alongwith strict action against those fraudsters. I gave them the representative I’d, call details alongwith timings but no action was taken by them since timesjob itself is indulging in fraudulant acts by making its representatives to make false promises to the public and sell their products.
