[Resolved]  Titan — bad service titan watch

Unfortunately, we do not have any Service centre or distribution for watches as yet in Australia. Hence, we suggest, if any of your friends or relatives coming to India in the near future, you could send your watch along with them under intimation to us so that we can organize to collect the same and arrange for thorough examination to initiate appropriate action to resolve the concern to your satisfaction.

I bought this TITAN EDGE watch from Saudi Arabia worth 1000 Saudi Riyal and after coming back to Australia, its not even 15 days and it is not working at all, what should I do, you do not have any outlet in Australia, I am so disappointed.rnRegards

Thank you Ramesh Rao for your quick response, if it is possible I would like to send you the watch by post to fix it, as I do not have any other option and you could send it back to me on my expense. Please let me know the address if it is feasible for you.

I wasted alot of money calling to India but nobody is able to talk, they hung up phone, I spent 380 AUD for the worthless Titan Edge watch Which I came back home and was not working. I want my money back please.
