Titan — breakage of frame

i hav bought a rayban frame from titan eye plus hazratganj lucknow.. the frame cracked on its own with in 15 days of purchase..it is a carbon frame with no smoldering point.. i hav lodged a complaint sonce many days.. bt i hav got no reply.. n the dealer is very incooperative.. kindly replace my frame as soon as possible because it has cracked on its own spontaneously. my complaint no is[protected]
