Tanishq — Discrepancy in billing procedure detrimental to customers interest

I had invested in your Gold Harvest Scheme @ Rs 3, 000/- pm. Today afternoon purchased item of my choice at your outfit at G-2, Krishna Plaza, sector-11, Pocket-4, Dwarka, New Delhi vide Retail Invoice DWR/CM/5953 dated 01/10/2016 for Rs. 77, 486/33 & paid Rs. 45, 374/- whereas it should have been Rs.45, 073/ as under:-

Less my deposit Rs. 30, 000.00
Less Discount Rs. 2, 250.00
Taxable amount Rs.45, 236.00
[protected]@1% Rs. 452.00
Total Rs. 45, 688.00
Less Pts Redeemed Rs. 615.00
Net Payable Rs. 45, 073.00

ISSUE: The amount of my deposit & discount offered should have been reduced from the Product value, whereas it also stands taxed. To my mind this is not correct. Please examine & be fair to the customers.
