I had ordered two wrist watches (Product no.- ec[protected] on 9th july, 16. The status of the order was approved. But till date the product is not delivered. After calling the customer care they r telling that "we will get back to you". Still waiting for their revert. They never bothered to call me or provide me any solution to the issue. I had written a complaint few days back which they closed, mentioning that the customer is satisfied. But haven't received any calls from their side. Pathetic service n immoral behaviour towards the customer.
