Titan — Delay in delivery and bad behavior from staff.

My order no is AKK0003419.I was to be delivered the spectacles by today because of my my high power. i am a medical student, so it stands a great problem for me. Upon this i am getting very rude behaviour from two staffs of TITAN EYE + CHANDANNAGORE, WEST BENGAL. I expect action immediately. Very garassed by these staffs.else i will be forced to complain in consumer forum
