On 15.06.2014 I went to showroom give my watch gurantee card and complain no and request them to replace the watch, as i dont want repaired watch 5 on 18th or 19 th i got a call saying sir i call u regarding watch complain and i give you exact status of watch after half an hour but i did not get any call. 6.Today i call you to showroom and they told that you can take ur watch but its not new watch they give us repaired watch. since last three week i am really dissatisfied with ur service and wasted my time to. i hope i get new watch than the repaired watch otherwise i do have to take some steps which i dont want to but as i am requesting since last 3 weeks i did not get proper reply so.
