Titan — Product not delivered

Even after giving the full amount in advance, no product has been received yet. I paid for contact lenses at titan eye plus, Saket on 29th of march but no product has been received till date. It was mentioned that the product will delivered by 30th march. I have also visited the store 2 times regarding the same and also i have called them many times. Kindly take some actions asap.
