[Resolved] Titan — Regarding the steel strap which is not propery fixed to the case | |||
Sir This is to infor you that i had purchased the Titan Watch at World of Titan showroom in Banashankari dated 26/07/14 model no NE9315BM02A worth Rs 2235/-. There is a problem in the strap which is not able to fit to the watch in spite of three visits to the showroom they are are not able to rectify the problem they have given the defected product and each time when i give to rectify the problem they will say that we require 10 days to get it done after getting i repaired three times in the showroom service center also they are not able to male it properly at last now they are telling to contact the customer care and given the toll free number after several attempts i am not able to reach the customer care. This is not the way to treat the customer i am using your products for more than 8 years i have no problem in any watch they are not even replacing the watch i have taken it immediately after purchasing the watch but nothing happened now already 4 months crossed but they are not in the position to change the watch or make it ready.Each time they will take 10-15 days to get it ready.
