[Resolved] Titan — Service Delay | |||
Hi Titan Team, I gave my Titan watch for service (Ref ID:615AS0071B1477) on June 8th. Approximate return date was given on 18th June. Now Its been more than a month, I'm still waiting for my watch. I already sent a mail to titan help desk, didn't received any proper mail back. When I called the Titan service centre, where I gave my watch, they replied that watch is still in company and yet to be serviced because some component is not available. I don't know, how come big company like Titan doesn't have some spare components for their products. I can't wait any more, I need my watch back within a week with or without service. I gave my watch to you guys because it comes under warranty, else I would have given it in some local service centre, where I would got it back sooner. I'm highly disappointed with this kind of service., never expected from you guys. Do the needful ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |||
