[Resolved] Titan — Titan Steel model no : 9440SM01 - Problems - Want money back | |||
I was gifted the above mentioned model number which was purchased on 28/01/2014. Lately I began to notice that the watch is slowing down and sometimes it gets stopped. I took it to the World of Titan in Himayatnagar, Hyderabad on 18/08/2014 and they said they will need 3-4 days to fix the problem. I received the watch from the service centre yesterday evening and it was working fine till this morning 11 AM. I asked the person what the problem was, he just said "service problem". This is the first time this watch was ever given for service and at any shop. I could vouch for that. What i found out is it is showing wrong time and sometimes it stops altogether and it is not working as i am typing this message. I am very much disappointed with this product. This watch is under warranty. If this is the case of "FINE WORKING" this early into warranty, I have many doubts of its performance once the warranty period is over. I have lost trust in this brand. I have a fastrack watch which I have been using for the last 4 years and which is only half the cost of this watch. I would like to have my money back or an option to buy another watch not the same.
