[Resolved] Titan Watch — SERVICING - GUARANTEE PERIOD | |||
This is to lodge a complaint with TITAN CARE of address 64, D.B.Road, R.S.PURAM, COIMBATORE 641002, wherein they had taken my sons watch for servicing in first week of October . Since it is under guarantee period i was supposed to have got the watch on 30th of October . Till today i have not got the watch . It costed me Rs 8500 . I am very unhappy with your poor service . If i do not get it at the earliest then i will be forced to file a complaint with the consumer court, The Titan Care Coimbatore, complaint no is 1866 in the name of Mr Daniel .
