[Resolved] Titan — watch stopped working within 6 months of purchase | |||
I have purchased titan ladies watch Model no.24809M. The watch stopped working, I submitted to the titan shop for repair on 6 September 2014, but have not received back my watch yet. It's been more than a 1.5 months, and even after regular calls and visit to the titan shop, I have not received any appropriate response. Can I please know why such a delay in the sevice and when am I getting back my watch. Hope to receive a quick reply. I have mentioned the shop details below. And here is what was just not expected. The watch was returned after 2 months by the service center and within 2 weeks of return, I stopped working again. So this kind of service is been provided by you? Really appreciate. And after giving back to the service centre, there is no update from last 2 weeks. I think I should give up on Titan. No more complaints gonna be there from my side. Nor do I want the watch. Thank you very much!

Its more than a week since I have written to you.
And not proper answer is provided to me.
And when I tried to contact the shop, they were informed by the customer care Nitin that they had word with me.
Where as I am not aware of any such conversation.
Can I please know why such confusion is been created?
better provide correct information or will need to report the issue to consumer court.
I am really pissed by the customer care response.
If a product stops working within 4 months of purchase and takes more than 2 months to repair, why the hell should we purchase such a product. And what assurance do we get that the product wont stop working again.
Really a very bad quality of product and a very very worst service.
