I had frequently requested the staff to set right one of the cable fault line that has not been working for more than a year but nothing has been done so far to balance the distribution between the three phases. I request you to send the right technical staff to check the inflow lines and set the cable fault right and balance the distribution of the power to all the three phases evenly. I would also like to state that I had changed the rotator switch panel through the MES about year back. Each time your staff attends the solution has been only temporary.
