[Resolved]  TNSTC — Amount debited but ticket not booked

Thanks to TNSTC.. issue was resolved

Today (Jan 7, 2015) I booked ticket from MADURAI to BANGALORE on Jan 26, 2015 in ULTRA DELUXE bus timing (19:00) around 3.30pm. Amount Rs.465 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked. My TNSTC Reference Number: OB3932171.
My user name in tnstc site is punitha. Please refund the amount to my account as soon as possible.

Yesterday (Jan 7, 2015) I booked e-ticket in tnstc.in from MADURAI to BANGALORE on Jan 26, 2015 in Ultra Deluxe (Bus timing: 19:00). Amount debited from my HDFC bank account but ticket was not booked.

I request you to refund the amount to my account as soon as possible.

I booked a ticket from Chennai to dindigul, without registration in that tnstc app, booking was not confirm but amount was debited, kindly refer that and refund money to my account as soon as possible

I booked ticket from Chennai to bangalore through setc mobile app, i followed all steps mentioned in app while booking i make upi transaction, transaction successful but ticket is not booked in the app, i didn't get any mail or mobile conformation for booking, i need refund, i have attached my payment billing for your reference

I was book my ticket via Ramanathapuram to salem I paid money the money was debited but the ticket couldn't booked so Kindly solve my problem
