TNSTC — Complaint the Bus Driver & Conductor

hai iam from tirunelveli dist. one week befor i went government bus from surandai to sivaksi.. i given hundrad rupees but that bus condector is not give balance 50rupees...changes no problem but 50rs i ask 3 or 4 times sir give me balance 50rs.. he is angrey with me.. that bus comming from babanasam deppo... i think babanasam to surandai 45km somthing... but he is telling no change pa... i ask 50rupees... then he is given amount 50rs at sivaksi bus stand.. 2hours iam getting so much of tension...
then evening i am comming from that same bus but 46rs ticket be is given balance 50rs only i ask that contector balance 4rs he is noty given same i ask 4 or 5 times then only he was given. babanasam deppo bus..

babanasam to madurai via surandai sankarankovil sivakasi bus.

its very poor service plks action with that person. that contector native place is aampur near by babanasam

Hi I'm Ruban from tenkasi and i posting this complaint so that tnstc can take action. On 18 Feb 2023 i took bus from tirunelveli depot bus number something (tn 72 7311) (tirunelveli to tenkasi 123) departure evening at 6:30pm i gave him 150rs each ticket cost for tenkasi is 51rs so 2 tickets is 102rs he told with attitude give me 2rs and take your 50rs back i asked him 3 times he never gave me till tenkasi then angrily i shouted at him and told him to give back my 50rs he told me that he will call police station and make a complaint and he will say that i stole his bag rude behaviour whole passenger is disturbed by this guy rowdy attitude and using abusive language finally he threw me 50rs worst attitude tnstc should dismiss that conductor

The conductor age must be above 50 short slim guy with spects blue uniform

I not want to see that guy face again in my life

I am karan, santhavasal, date .24/04/2023 Vellore to thiruvanamalai government bus 225, bus number :Tn 23 /2099, bus driver was very worst behaviour and he didnot respect the passanager, using bad words.
He's not for eligible to drive a bus and
Another one is he is sleeping in bus

Hi,

For 2.5 hours travelling time from chennai to vellore vice versa. The driver and conductor taken 30 minutes for breakfast and lunch at the roadside motel so the travelling time increases to 3 hours . I have noticed the same issue in all the bus espescially they are stopping at JP Hotel kancheepuram. So some people who were using this bus for daily purpose got affected. So please take necessary action or else please make a bus stop at JP hotel so that we can switch to other bus in case of more delay of drivers break time
