[Resolved] TNSTC — Complaint to the ticket booking officer | |||
respected sir, i am shenbaga moorthy from aruppukottai (12/03/2014)wednesday 9.00am i go to aruppukottai ticket booking counter for reservation to chennai.that is mannual booking not computarized. booking officer will not came for duty at 9.00 AM. but I waited for 11.45am . after that the officer will came . i ask one full ticket for me. And one half ticket for my son (age:3 1/2)the officer told me. i give the ticket to u, but"U occupy only one seat, your son is sidown on the bus floor" OR . "U take two full ticket to chennai, i will give separate seat for your son " I am very wounding for the words. Finally he will alloted the last row seat for the bus.[B]( one full seat and one is dummy seat for center row)[/B] and he will told me "i[censored] dont want u go to private (Amarnath)bus. i am very disappointment. please take action for not continue to another person.
