TNSTC — not yet refund full amount for reserved ticket

i booked ticket on[protected] for night travel. on that day due to our C.M judgement the transportation was stopped so i cancelled the ticket. on that day the government stopped the service but still now i not yet received the full amount.i paid 1094 rupees for 3full and 2 half tickets but tnstc refunded only 720 rupees. kindly take action and refund the remaining amount. my registered id- jonam2905 mobile n.o- [protected]/ [protected]
