[Resolved]  TNSTC — Poor seating and maintenance

I have travelled a bus yesterday 5th oct 2014, which Route no -198. and Bus ID No. E-2389 The scheduled departure for the bus is 17:16hrs. But the bus has been started 18.00hrs. The seat which I booked is 28 and no permanent seat arrangement. Temporarily some thing made and push back lever itself not attached. Also all the seats back side no cover up and hanging inner parts.
