[Resolved]  TNSTC — TNSTC - Failed transaction, but ticket not booked

Hi,
On 30 july at 9:35 pm I tried to book ticket from Bangalore to Kumbakonam.Transaction happened and money detected.Then I booked to return, but i received one ticket mailonly.Again i checked but the ticket which one first i booked was not booked.So i tried third time, that time only booked but again amount debited.Amount is Rs.449

but when booking i gave saranya.[protected]@wipro.com mail ID.

Transaction number I dont know.Please resolve it and refund my money.

I was trying to book a ticket on 22.10.2018 at 6.46AM from ERODE to BENGALURU(travel time : 11.11.2018), during the transaction the amount Rs.264 was detected, but the ticket did not get generated.

Below are the details,

Seat number tried was '3rd'

Please look at this problem and refund the money.
