[Resolved] TNSTC, Villupuram — Arrogant attitude of the conductor | |||
on 10.5.14, by 4.32 pm, i boarded the TNSTC Villupuram bus reg.no.TN32 N 3798 at Mariamalai nagar bus stop. Since I don't have change I gave rs.100 to the conductor and asked ticket to koyambedu which is rs.25/-. But to my surprise the conductor scolded me in a very bad manner using unparliamentary words, refused to give change signed in the backside of the ticket and threeatened me if you have guts go and collect the change. I suffered severe mental agony and humiliation because of this. I request you to take severe action against him, compensate for my mental agony and refund my excess fare amount collected and render justice. Was this information helpful? | |||
