TOI — Newspaper not being delivered

Dear sir,
I have not been delivered of newspaper since 1/5/16 although i have paid a prepaid union bank of india cheque no:055850 dated 14/08/15. My id no is [protected] and nba024545. The dsa code is cr5207.
I stay in chennai & my residential address is 13/11 st. Marys road, perambur, chennai - 600011. I understand that the paper is to be delivered till july end.
I am sorry to say that even last year i had the same problem and nothing was done inspite of several complaints made.
Please do understand that being a senior citizen, it is not possible for me run from pillar to post for such a petty issue but if need be i will be forced to pursue this matter in consumer court.
