I have paid Rs 21, 674 for 18 extinguishers on 07/11/16 through NEFT, the order was taken by your executive Miss Ritu Thakur, later she informs me that the items which i ordered were unavailable and gave a list of fire extinguishers with higher price.I refused and asked my money back. She said the money will be transferred. But now its been 12 days and still no money has been transferred. The NEFT reference number is UTBIN[protected].
