Tolexo — Not response and undelivered product | |||||
Hi, Order No : TOD[protected] We have ordered "UM PF Night Splint, D-08" on Sep 29, 2015 for my mother as she is having severe foot pain. When i check the order status it says that " Order Confirmed by Seller" but have not being dispatched yet. I have mailed multiple times to your support team([protected]@tolexo.com) and have got no satisfactory response. Have also telephoned multiple times but before they could respond(always response takes 7-10 mins for them to analyze the situation) call always get disconnected(don't know whether it is done purposely). Therefore have not got any satisfactory response since 2 weeks. Please kindly help. We need the product as soon as possible as it will help my mother leg problem.
