I bought a watch about 6/7 months back from Tommy Gurgaon. It got spoilt within 3 months. I gave it for repair, again got spoilt within a month. Second time, Tommy Hilfiger Bangalore took almost a month to repair. AGAIN got spoilt. After calling a million times, and speaking to the store manager (Ishita); I do not get a response from them. So basically, I have been watchless for the past few months with no response from anyone. Waste of Rs 8000. I am so frustated right now, I may just end up going to the consumer court if I don't get a response from them. They aren't even ready to assure me that they will replace the watch; and this is all during the warranty period. Tommy should shut all its stores in India if it can't handle customer service,
