It was 2 weeks back on 20-nov-2016 in toni and guy that is present in forum mall chennai we went for a haircut and the bill amount was only 4000 however 20, 000 was swiped from my card and they mentioned it was by mistake.
After that when we called the store the store re-directed us to some contact and then another contact number and finally when we spoke to the some sort of head for toni and guy chennai and he promised we will get the refund in another 2 days on 28-nov -2016 which is more than 5 days now.
Till now there is no proper response and there is no one who is bothered about the customer (Us) to update us with the status or the process or even there is not even small courtesy call made from toni and guy's end. Was this information helpful? |
