Torra factory to home.. The calling tab delivered is malfunction.

Good evening, myself mathews mathai residing in aluva, pukatupaddy, kizhakambalam po. Ordered a morgemax 3xg calling tablet from torra.In {torra factory to home} after watching their advertisement in sky super shope on television. The tab was delivered to me on[protected] saturday and i found out that the tab dosent have a camera app installed. So the camera in the tab wont work niether the camera icon would show up in the screen neither in the apps. (Hardware problem) the same day within minutes after recieving the tab ie. On saturday i tried calling up but no response. The customer care nos. Given on thier pamplet are all switched off or always busy. I somehow tried to register a complaint on sunday on the no. From which the tab was ordered. And they said the customer care officials would be calling me. The next day but i waited for them on monday but no calls nothing. So i tried calling them up on the customer care no. But of no use.. The lines were busy.In between i called the no. From where i orderd the tab and i said these are the problems and they said u will get a call from customer care. But till afternoon again there was no response or any call from them. So i thought of calling to the no. From which i ordered but seeing my no. They were not picking up my call. Finally after waiting after 4.30 pm in the eveniing i got a call from customer care.. And i spoke with them and reported the issue. After a long talk they said to me that they will be issuing me a ticket no. And with that no. I have to go to ernakulam to the service centre and show it to them. I said i cant go and its not possible as it takes almost two hours in this traffic to reach there and i m not intrested in going rather would like to go there. As i have bought the tablet i said and i have paid the money and u guys have delivered me a tab which is not working so why should i.. I said to them i m not at all happy with your customer service because after waiting for two days i almost got to talk to a customer care executive and asked them to kindly take away the tab and refund me my money. As in future also i will getting the same response. At that point of time the lady of customer care asks me sir how can u say that to give the refund. When the tab is already sold. She insist me to to go to the service centre and she said she will give me a ticket no. I just couldnt hold up more so i just discoinnceted the call. The next day ie. Tuesday {today[protected] i thought they will give me a call but it didnt happen. So i started calling them up again but the nos. Were busy and one or two times i got the nos but no one picked up. So i called up the ordered place again and they refuse to pick up my call after seeing my no. And even disconnnected my call. And when they picked up and i started asking them they just disconnect the call.. It happened almost 3-4 times and then no response from them, and finally when i called up thge customer care they asked me to send a screen shot of my tablet screen to their no. [protected] on whatsapp which is also thier customer care no. And after sending just give them a call back. I said i wont call as i cant get u guys on line as its always busy so she said its ok u send the screen shot
And she will revert back in 10 mins. So i send it to them at 10.30 in the morning and even after hours and hours there was no reply or any response from them and after two hours i tried calling them but the ring was going and they were not picking up my call. So i called up the ordered place again and somehow after long tiime the lady picked up my call. Eventhough she was not ready to talk to me as if i have done any mistake buying a tablet from them.. I asked them to refund it. The lady says its not her department and she will ask the concerned authority to call me back (She meant the customer care) and i cut the phone. Ater waiting and waiting i didnt get any call so i started calling the ordered place agian but they were not picking up my call seeing my no. And onced they picked up and cut the call. After that by evening after trying for long i got connecetd to the customer care no. And asked them that they were about to call me in 10 mins and its evening and there is no response from u.. And their reply was sir did u call up the customer care and inform that u have send the screenshots. (*now what reply should i give to them) and she said something and without asking me she put me on hold i thought she might be looking at the screen shots i have send and i was put on hold for 9mins 30 secs and after that they disconnecetd the call which was on hold not even asking or telling me a word. And after few seconds i tried calling them up but they were not picking up my call and started disconnecting it. But in between all this i have called up a customer care no which is given on thier pamplet [protected] which is very hard to get connecetd to this nos. Which is the customer care no of datawind company (As moregmax is associated with datawind i think) i i explained them my tab problems and we talked almost for 30 mins.. They briefed me about reseting my device (Soft reset, hard reset) so that the camera option or the camera app could come up on the screen. But even after reseting many times as per their instructions the camera app was not found and the datwind custonmer care person told me that its the tab prob and u can call up the company u purchased it from and they will replace the tab or refund it' (As i have explained it to him what all happened) and now by evening i called up the customer care and somehow they managed to pick up my call.. And i explained everything that i have talked to the datawind customer care and all stuffs, but the lady out there just refused to listen to me and asked me that yesterday itself i have told u to take the ticket no. And go to the service centre. I said ok i aksed what will happen after going to the service centre.. The lady who is been speaking harshly already' said sir we will issue u a ticket no. With that go to the service centre and show it to them and they will give some paper or something and with that paper and the tablet which i have recived i have to courrier it to them on my cost. Only after that anything will be decided... And she said to me in a very harsh way that sir think about it and let us know when u are ready for it and they will give me the ticket no. And she disconnecetd the call. Soon after that i called up to the place i have orederd the tab and the lady over there its the same lady whom i was speaking with from 3 days.. She was like she was shouting on me and telling me do as what the custonmer care say...
So as per the whole scenario its clear that torra.In company is only bothered to sell their things and they are least bothered of any complaints of the things they have sold. Its like they have got the money and now they don't care of rest of the things.. Torra.In let me tell you its you who delievered me a faulty product and its your responsibility of looking after it, .. Neither me or any other customer to go to the service centeres with a brand new faulty delievered product and send them to ur company on our expense, , ...

So i would hereby like to file a complaint against torra.In company and their staffs specially the arrogant lady staff (There. Is only one lady who picks up the call on [protected]) for being cheated as they be delivered me a faulty product and refund of my tab which i have paid rs 4995 plus the valuable time the cost incurred due to this.
