Toshiba India — Complaint raised not resolving by service center | |||
I purchased Toshiba LED TV 32"PT200ZE on 19-OCT-2013 and was given 3 years warranty and after one years on 21/09/2015 This TV got problem and replaced by service center with new TV 32L5400ZE. Now before 10 days back I got issue with the HDMI port of TV and registered complaint SR8H0048405 with call center after two days Service engineer visited and confirmed that there is an issue with the modherboard of TV and needs to be replaced, since then I am following up with service center they are saying that my TV had 1 year warranty which has been passed. I had given them invoice copy and warranty card but they say they did not get any information for toshiba what action needs to be taken on this. Now I have just 1.5 month left for warranty end and my issue is not being resolved. I am not able to watch HD channels on my TV. Please take necessary action and resolved it at the earliest..
