[Resolved] Toshiba India — Delay in service of led tv

My led tv is not having the brightness.
Sir, i md asghar ali has raised complain on 12-april-2016 numbered tiplsr4h0010758. On 15-april-2016 the support technician has advised the led tv has to be replaced within 10 days.But till date the same has not been done.
Kindly advise how many more days it will take.
