Toshiba India Pvt. Ltd. — Toshiba TV Screen Damage Service Replacement Fraud

Really Unhappy with the service provided by Toshiba! I lodged a complain on 12th of August 2015, till date no resolution has been provided! I received a call from Toshiba Service center after 20 days of registering my complain. According to Toshiba Service Center, my 42 Inch LED TV needs to be replaced, now the replacement comes with an advantage, I am supposed to get an upgraded TV for which the service team asked me to pay Rs.5000/- The service center team sent me an email with Toshiba India, Delhis' Bank Account Details. I confirmed the same with Toshiba Customer Support, Customer support team at Toshiba Confirmed saying that I am eligible for a replacement but they were not able to confirm the bank details and the out standing amount I had to pay. Though, after making a few calls to Toshiba Service center and Customer support, I reluctantly made the payment using NEFT and emailed the transaction details to the service team. This happened 2 days ago and I've still not received payment confirmation. I am forced to think negatively about this company now. Forget about servicing my TV, I don't even know if the service center team located here in Mumbai is credible & not some frauds! I still do not have any confirmation regarding the outstanding amount which I paid to the company as demanded by the service team.
