Toshiba India — Repairing not done even after several complaints.

Dear Sir,

This is to the bring to your knowledge that i have purchased One Toshiba Washing machine and after few months it stopped working. i made several complains but in vein. They always says that due to non availability of parts it would be late. They assured me that the job would be completed by 4/4/2016. but nobody turned up. Now i am in such a situation that the washing machine has become a box for me. The company people misbehaved very badly with me. so i would request you earnestly to kindly look into this matter and help this poor man to have his job done. The details of the product is hereunder : I bought it on 06/05/2013 (Model No. AW-A750S-IND, Serial no. 100476KN). The complain details are as under :
