Toshiba India — Some lines are coming from upward to downward.

I have purchased a LED TV 32PS200ZE (C371B9J01133J1) from Sai World, Cuttack on 07.12. 2012 vide invoice no.760 with 03 years warranty. Now, there is some problem like lining from upward to downward.
