Led display faulty: My Complain no is SR4H0013725 I had lodged this complain to Toshiba customer care in June. 15 days no information from the customer care. after 15 days when i called them they told me that you will get a new TV. After 1 week i called them they told me we have initiated a refund for the case. Manpreet is a person who deals with all the refunds he told me call on Tuesday i.e 10th of April but he is not receiving my call. Got a call from charu jaiswal she told me to give the confirmation on Tuesday. She is also not receiving my call. And i had mailed customer care for 20 times. Charu is not responding on the same mail. Please suggest me what should I do. Was this information helpful? | |||

Toshiba India — Panel fault
I lodged a complain on Sept-4th but still there is no proper response from Toshiba. Evertime they told it will take 4 to 5 days for replacement. I called at least 100 times for quick action.
