Toshiba India — Tv not working... Terrible customer service | |||||
Good afterooon, I am writing this email in order to express my utter frustration on Toshiba customer service. I have a Toshiba TV which is not working. The item is still under warranty. I placed a call with customer service on 29 May 2016. A technician visited my home and told me that a part needs to be ordered. Since then I have placed many calls to customer support and all I am told is that the part has been ordered and I will have to wait. No one is able to tell me how long I will have to wait. I don't understand why (1) it takes several weeks to get a part ordered and (2) I have to call for an update and no one bothers to call me. I have tried to call all the escalation phone numbers provided to me and the only thing I hear is that the phone is switched off. No one answers even the service center phone numbers.
